Rich Lague
Guitar
Rich Lague has been playing the guitar for a long time, but it got a lot more interesting after he discovered Brazilian music in the 1990s while attending classes at the Puget Sound Guitar Workshop. Since then he has been studying Brazilian guitar, first with John Miller, and later with Stuart Zobel. He has also taken classes from Jovino Santos Neto at Seattle’s Jazz Night School. Before studying Brazilian music, Rich played and lot of blues and swing music. He was a member of the Hwy 99 Swing Band in Corvallis, OR.
Wayne Organ

Wayne Organ retired in 2018 after 22 years as the Chair of the Music Department at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, California, teaching Studio Percussion, Music Theory, Music History and Recording Arts. Prior to his teaching position he was a freelance percussionist, playing in a variety of settings, including orchestral, musical theater, jazz and latin music. He studied percussion with Barry Jekowsky while at the San Francisco Conservatory, and conducting with Tim Smith while earning his Masters at Cal State East Bay. He has served as the director of the Solano Community College Band and was the musical director for the Experimental Music Ensemble.
Philip Molin
Piano
Philip Molin, born and raised in Seattle, began his keyboard adventure at the age of eight, soon developing an interest in boogie woogie, which his teacher encouraged. It was a good foundation for his later interest in rock music, when he played in high school rock bands. Later, he studied jazz piano with Peter Kok, Jerome Gray and Randy Halberstadt. Philip has played with Fred Radke’s North Seattle Community College big band and the Portage Bay big band. Currently he plays with Swing Set, which covers bop and standard tunes, and Onde Verde.
