QuarterDrop is vocalist/percussionist Lindsey Summer Dabek (of Onda Verde, Show Brazil! and Shipyard Rose) and guitarist/vocalist Ryan Asbert (of Shipyard Rose and Molotov Juicebox) performing live covers of their favorite songs. Playing everything from boleros to folk songs to continental classics to alternative hits, this pairing of musicians aims to bring you a set that reads like a jukebox – drop in a quarter and hear an old favorite, or something you may never have known before!

Lindsey Dabek is a vocalist/percussionist frequently performing with the bands Onda Verde and Show Brazil! Dabek and Asbert together have both been a part of the rock band Shipyard Rose and regulars with The Cheese Adjusters as a part of Midnight Mystery Theater, which is live read radio style comedy. Both performers are regular players with Midnight Mystery Theater and members of the Board of Directors for the Radio Enthusiasts of Puget Sound, a local non-profit organization celebrating the history of radio entertainment.
Ryan Asbert is a vocalist, guitarist, bassist and an actor, specializing in voice work and radio style plays. He has played bass with Shipyard Rose and is currently the bassist for Seattle band Molotov Juicebox. Ryan also plays guitar for and sings with The Cheese Adjusters of Midnight Mystery Theater, a radio-style comedy troupe. Notable acting credits include the roles of: Happy Loman in Death of a Salesman, George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life: A Radio Play, Fred Gailey in Miracle on 34th Street: A Radio Play, Bernard in Boeing, Boeing and Danny M2 in Annie Baker’s The Antipodes. Outside of theater and music, Ryan works with film/audio editing projects and spends his workdays as a software engineer.
